Frank married Alberta Elizabeth Scruggs, daughter of Gross Scruggs, Jr. and Chaste Helen Noble. (Alberta Elizabeth Scruggs was born about 1857 and was buried in Westview Cemetery, Atlanta, Fulton Co., GA.)
