• Obituary: San Francisco Chronicle, Thursday, 23 Sep 2004. KALLEEN, John Roy, Jr.. John, affectionately known as "Senior", passed away at home in Novato on Sunday, September 19, 2004. Born in Chicago, December 7, 1923, moving to the SF Bay Area in 1962. John was a devoted family man and longtime business owner. A successful business owner and CEO of Kalleen's Computer Products, that eventually became known throughout the Western United States as "ComputersAmerica". He was a WWII Navy veteran. As an avid sports fan, rarely did he miss any of the games. He spent much of his spare time with the family fishing the waters of the San Francisco Bay. As an accomplished pianist, the sounds of his musical talents could be heard through the neighborhood. He'll be missed by all he has touched. His kind wisdom will remain with all who loved and knew him. His family will always keep his spirit alive. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Geraldine; two sons, John III and Patrick; daughter, Kelly Jean and her husband, Scott Berka; his grandchildren, John IV, Andrew and Henry. Private services are being held.
John married Geraldine.
