• Note. In 1765 Samuel Beall was one of the twelve judges at Frederick City to repudiate the Stamp Act, called the "Immortal Twelve". Judge of Orphans Court Nov. 23, 1765, Committee of Observation and Delegate to Annapolis from Frederick Co. in 1775, member of the Association of Freeman Jan. 1, 1776, Colonel of Second Battalion of Frederick Co. Militia, member of Council of Safety.
Samuel married Eleanor Brooke on 23 May 1734. (Eleanor Brooke was born on 7 Mar 1718 and died in 1778.)
