• Will: dated 9 July 1730. Recorded 26 Oct. 1730 at the court of the Archdeacon of Sarum

• Note. Nicholas was evidently a dissenter from the Church of England for they recorded the births of their nine children in a separate area of the parish register captioned “Births and Baptisms of the Children of Dissenters.”

Nicholas married Rachel Hooper, daughter of George Hooper and Unknown. (Rachel Hooper was buried on 27 Oct 1737 in Warminster, England.)
